Zikra's motor assessment revealed delays in
both gross and fine motor skills. She struggled
to hold her head and sit independently after
receiving the IPV vaccination. In terms of fine
motor skills, she had difficulty grasping toys
and reaching out appropriately. The functional
assessment indicated her dependence on her
          mother for continence, transfers, locomotion,
self-care, and personal hygiene. She also
exhibited an attraction to bright red light in a
          dark room.
To stimulate her vision, Zikra initially received
a few minutes of visual stimulation once a week.
The therapy involved using red and other bright
colours, along with various vision therapy tools
such as cello paper, flashcards, fixation targets,
rope lights, and patching. Zikra's mother was
provided with instructions to continue these
therapy techniques and ensure their regular
          implementation.

Zikra has shown remarkable progress during
her vision therapy sessions. She can now
fixate on a bright red light and demonstrate
enthusiasm for new toys and objects for a short
duration. Her fixation, eye contact, scanning,
and tracking skills have consistently improved. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
