PATIENTS WAITING FOR REGISTRATION
he Aloka Vision Programme recently
embarked on its 7 "Yatra" (journey) from
th
TJanuary 30, 2024, to February 13, 2024.
The initiative aimed at brightening the lives
of individuals affected by vision impairments
in Meghalaya, Assam, Tripura, and Mizoram.
This Yatra, spanning 16 days and covering
over 850 kilometres, left a lasting impression
on the communities it reached. Central to
this effort is the commitment to providing
comprehensive eye examinations to those in
need. Throughout the journey, 2,801 individuals
underwent thorough vision screenings, marking
a significant step towards clarity for many.
A highlight of the Aloka Vision Programme
is its provision of free spectacles to those
diagnosed with uncorrected refractive errors. For ALOKA OPTOMS SCREENING PATIENTS AT
