                                                                 The series began with a two-day Mind-set
                                                              Training Workshop to explore the impact of
                                                              mind-sets on both the personal and professional
                                                              levels. Seventeen members from the MOGA
                                                              community’s Pune chapter came together in
                                                              mid-May in Lonavala, at the Regenta Hotel.
                                                                 In the opening session on ‘Customer
                                                              Service & the Current Market Scenario’, Boman
                                                              Bharucha discussed evolving consumer
                                                              expectations, the need for quality products and
                                                              outstanding service experiences. He highlighted
                                                              the importance of understanding customer
                                                              needs through active listening and personalised
