your other existing brands?
TD: The two new international brands added
to the existing portfolios are a welcome addition.
Each of the products has its own respective
positions and brand promises. Our trained
optometrist team is just a call away and they are
always happy to explain and clarify on each of
products knowledgeably and inform customers
how to differentiate amongst the various options.
We provide different options so that the end
consumers can be advised to choose a product
according to their needs and allowances. All
products are equipped with unique features,
benefits and advantages that are clearly
explained in our separate product catalogues
which makes it easy to differentiate and easier
to dispense.
TIO: What is the market response to the
recently introduced Pentax and Alioth brands? In
which cities are these brands currently available? healthy living.
CD: We are thrilled to see the excitement and
acceptance of the market for our two new brands.
We have appointed a team to travel across the
country to better understand the brand position
and get the opticians and customer’s feedback
first-hand so that we may resolve anything and
further, improve our brand offerings.
We officially launched these two brands at the
optical fair in Mumbai in the august presence of
renowned Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. Now,
we have also introduced these revolutionary
products in Hyderabad, Gujarat, Rajasthan and
Pune. We are also on the same track to launch
officially in many more states and cities across
the country back-to-back.
